Surf the Waves at Sussex Inlet
Sussex Inlet may be the quiet underdog to nearby surf spots like Mollymook or Ulladulla, but its reefs and beaches provide excellent surf conditions for both novices and pros.
Local legend Brian Cregan, a 70s surf pioneer, founded
Ocean & Earth, a must-visit local surf brand. If you’re keen to learn, check out

Kayak or SUP in the Inlet
Sussex Inlet’s clear waters are perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding. Hire equipment from

Sail Swan Lake or St Georges Basin
Swan Lake is the best spot for recreational sailing year-round. The Sussex Inlet & Basin Yacht Club operates from November to May and hosts annual regattas.
