Positioned amidst the Conjola National Park, Haven Holiday Resort sits along the inlet across from the Booderee National Park in Jervis Bay Territory, and is only a five-minute drive into the township of Sussex Inlet, Sussex Inlet Beach, or Swan Lake.
Haven Holiday Resort has 18 self-contained two and three apartments and villas onsite, with each able to sleep up to six guests, making it the perfect Sussex Inlet location for groups such as weddings and other events.
Rates are easily viewed on the Haven website so that guests can make informed decisions as to the best time for them to make a booking. Peak times do tend to fill up in advance, so it is always best to plan ahead if travelling in the busier, warmer holiday periods.
The Facilities
Haven’s facilities include a heated pool that features an accessible ramp to the pool area, deck chair seating, and pool hoist that can be fitted on request for guests with accessibility needs. The pool is located near the resort entrance on the righthand side at the bottom of the slope, across from the Executive Residence and Wheelchair Accessible Apartments.
The children’s play area is located near the pool and includes play equipment suitable for younger children and trampolines.
There are shared BBQ areas and picnic tables that are scattered throughout the grounds.
Access to the Waters of Sussex Inlet
Haven has its own access down the embarkment to the waters of Sussex Inlet, great for a dip in the warmer months or fishing all year ’round.
Walk To Town
There is a walking track from Haven that follows the banks of the inlet all the way into town. The Haven – Alamein Track takes approximately 30minutes. There are some steps and is not recommended for those with mobility issues.
