TERMS & CONDITIONS 7-NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION DRAW
Terms and conditions for “Win 7-nights accommodation promotion”
Participants are to Sign up to our E-news through one of the following methods to go in the draw to win a 7-night holiday at one of the three holidays resort valued at $600.00 – $1127.00
1 – Sign up at www.fcswc.org.au main website page
2- Enter through a pop up on any of our FCSWC Club Holiday Resort website pages
3- Sign up through Riverside Holiday Resort – Seaside Holiday Resort or Haven Holiday Resort Wi-Fi landing page
4 – sign up through Facebook or Instagram
5- sign up through correspondence sent to you in regards to your booking.
Participants must be over the age of 18, FCSWC staff, Directors and their families are excluded from this promotion.
Promotion dates run from 1 December 2019 – 1 December 2025. One holiday is drawn every month, 12 holidays are drawn in the 12-month period.
Promoters name is Federation of Community Sports and Workers Clubs. Atherton Drive Urunga NSW 02 6655 3911.
The winners are drawn in the last week of the previous month by a Federation of Community Sporting & Workers Club board member. The winner is drawn via computerised random number draw; winning numbers are drawn from a database of contacts. The winner’s details are sent to the federations CEO Ken Conway which he notifies them directly via email within a week after the draw. Winners have 4 weeks from notification to claim the holiday via return email or that month’s winner will be withdrawn.
If the holiday has not been claimed within four weeks of draw & notification, then that month’s winner will be forfeited. All winners’ names will be used in email marketing campaigns and displayed on social media and on FCSWC websites.
Winners will be sent a gift certificate via email advising them of the following conditions:
The holiday cannot be taken during school holiday periods except for July school holidays, and can’t be taken during the Easter holiday period.
The holiday voucher will expire two years after the certificate is issued, the holiday must be booked and taken within this period.
The holiday winner must present the gift certificate at the time of checking in to the reception staff at the holiday resort.

Terms and conditions for “Club Staff Promotion”
Participating club staff can sign up to our staff database through one of the following methods to go in the draw to win a 7-night holiday at one of the three holidays resort valued at $650.00 – $800.00
1 – Sign up through QR code located on Staff Incentive Flyer
2- Enter through staff incentive QR Code displayed through your club’s social media or staff marketing.
Participants must be over the age of 18 and at the time of draw, be currently employed at the participating FCSWC Member Club.
Promotion dates run from 1 June 2022 – 1 June 2023. One holiday is drawn every month, 12 holidays are drawn in the 12-month period.

The winner’s details are sent to their clubs’ marketing & management contacts via email within a week after the draw. A generic resort voucher will be sent to the winning club and in return the club staff have 4 weeks to reply with a photo of the staff winner holding the voucher in front of their clubs advertising.
